Inc. provides services for amateur built aircraft at its state of
the art facility in Merritt Island, Florida. We use top quality
parts and materials to provide a top quality product to our

Top Flight Services, Inc. provides the following services:
Pre-buy Services. This inspection is done before an aircraft is purchased.
An A&P, IA will physically inspect aircraft, review
logbook entries, research damage history and perform an
Airworthiness Directive (AD) search.
This gives the client all the information necessary to make
proper, prudent business decisions as well as providing leverage
during purchase negotiations.
Yearly Conditional.
The homebuilt equivalent of the Annual Inspection that is
done on factory built aircraft.
An A&P, IA will follow FAA guidelines for certified
aircraft. The aircraft
will be physically inspected, repaired as needed, and AD search
performed and required logbook entries made.
Pressurized
Aircraft. Testing, troubleshooting and repair of
vessels / systems.
Damage inspection, repair and testing.
Aircraft involved in accidents or incidents will be inspected
and non-destructive tests (NDI) performed.
Necessary repairs will be made with follow-up compliance
testing.
Homebuilt Aircraft Completions.
Once an amateur builder has completed 51% of the work
necessary to build his aircraft, Top Flight Services, Inc. will
assist or complete the aircraft for the client.
This will include control systems, wiring, electrical
systems, engine installation and hook-up, inspections, testing,
weight and balance, interiors, and exteriors, fit and finish.
Repairs. Top
Flight Services, Inc. specializes in composite aircraft.
We have extensive experience in all types of composite
construction, including carbon fiber, Kevlar and fiberglass
materials used in all aircraft applications, including vacuum molded
sandwich core construction.
Modifications.
Top Flight Services, Inc. can design and fabricated features
and modifications to customer specifications.
We have an extensive network of design and engineering
specialists to assist in this aspect.
Education: Top
Flight Services, Inc. offers many seminars to help homebuilders
complete their project efficiently and professionally using the
latest tools and techniques. Individual
or group seminars will be conducted in the following areas: Composite construction and repair techniques, engine
installation and maintenance, electrical systems installations and
maintenance, and interiors and exterior fit and finishing.
Retail sales.
Homebuilt aircraft require some very unique tools and
materials. We maintain
an extensive inventory for our own use and offer these products for
retail sale.
Prototype and product development.
Our lengthy history involving the development of prototype
aircraft, construction of many types of aircraft, maintenance and
repair of dozens of types of general aviation aircraft, and our
association with numerous aviation experts, gives us the ability to
handle almost any type of project.
